"pass-L means you have partial code on your page, with a link to a page with full code. the link FROM the landing page is what makes is pass-L, not the link back. if there is no link back, it's ONE WAY and fails."
Obviously, the "pass_L" goes on the landing page, or does it?

"Pass-L" will only show if the "navpanel" is in the "/webrings" subdirectory. Any other directory the "find out whether the site has the Navpanel routine", results in a "Fail"!
.../friends .../webrings-and... .../rings..., for instance, won't do!
