Caution! The "ringmaster" is Permanent, like Google....
The "echolink" ring that I obtained from the last ringmaster (who passed away in 2009) is useless!
I thought that I could obtain the Ring, and make it my own, as it was is "discontinuous". I had the site registered nearly two months until I had the word that without the "ringmaster" I couldn't activate the site.
Then I communicated with Bravenet!
They said
They didn't "adopt" rings...
They demand certificates that the "old" ringmaster will not require the ring again...
and certificates that the family will not want to...
